Hannah treated me as a human being, not a date of birth. She is kind, professional and thorough. She listens! Thanks to Hannah I have my confidence back and feel ready to deal with my health problems in a positive and energetic way – Thank you so much!”

Hannah offers a hands-on approach to your health, treating you as a whole person and helping you to make those much needed connections between what has happened to you, how you feel now and what you can do to help yourself to feel better.

She prides herself on her high standards of care, making sure to address your problem fully and completely and providing a safe place to explore the solutions you need.

She has undertaken, and continues to undertake, post-graduate courses in osteopathic care. She has a keen interest in helping with the symptoms of long-term conditions such as osteoarthritis, chronic pain conditions and changes in mental health associated with head injuries.

Here Hannah talks about what osteopaths do and how treatment can help you:

Osteopathy is based on four principles that place your body’s healing power at the centre of treatment.

My job starts with you:

I will listen to you and your story so that I can understand your problem and how I can help you.

Osteopathic Examination

After you have told me about your problem, we will agree an examination plan where I will see how your body moves, feel if there is a restriction or injury and carry out any other tests to assess and diagnose your problem

Osteopathic Treatment

After your examination, I will tell you what I think is happening, the reason why you might have your problem and what my treatment plan would be to get you back to health.

Treatment will not be painful. Most patients find it relaxing although it can be normal to feel tired, stiff or tender in the 24-48 hours post-treatment.

Osteopaths treat more than back pain…

Osteopaths treat the whole body but we are highly trained in assessing spinal health. We can treat muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia as well as joints all around your body.

Hannah has done additional training to be able to work cranially with your system and to assess and treat the organs of your abdomen (tummy).

Spine showing vertebrae (bones), discs, and spinal nerves
Osteopaths can treat more than your back, all joints of the body can be assessed and treated
